Conditions of Use
- Cooking is only permitted in the designated Kitchen.
- No Cooking on either Upper or Lower Verandahs.
- BBQs ARE FORBIDDEN
- Should Security or Fire Services attend the premises whilst in your care – you will be responsible for the relevant Call-Out Fee.
- AS at June 2016, current charges were:
- $250 Security Call-Out Fee
- $1,200 Fire Brigade Call-Out Fee
- These rates are subject to change and will be charged at the applicable rate on the day
- We are a NON-SMOKING environment
Procedure for Bookings
- Check the Bookings Calendar below to make sure your desired date, time and rooms are available.
- Committee room downstairs
- DG Boardroom downstairs (restricted availability)
- Conference Room Upstairs
- AV Room Upstairs (restricted availability)
- Note that the DG Boardroom and AV room are by default restricted to district-run events.
- Access to the kitchens and toilets go with the relevant rooms, but you need to let us know if you want to use them so they will be unlocked.
- Download the form:

- Fill out the form either electronically or by printing, filling and scanning. Make sure to tick all areas required and tick the declaration before signing.
- Return the form to the email address listed on the bottom of the form.
- If your booking application is approved, you will be notified and the booking will be entered in the calendar.
