PDG Stephen and Carol O'Connell from District 9790 have graciously agreed to run a second Membership Action Plan workshop on the north side of Brisbane after the very successful workshop on the 25th May this year.
The content of this workshop will be very similar to the content of the 25th May workshop, so if you attended on May 25 you do not need to attend. More attendees from clubs represented on May 25 are however warmly invited to attend!
The workshop will feature presentations and interactive sessions to help you learn and develop strategies to help your club:
- Improve member recruitment
- Enhance member engagement
- Increase club member retention rate
Attendees will leave the workshop armed with simple and measurable steps and strategies to revitalize their clubs. The plan has been operating for over 12 months in district 9790, with clubs implementing the strategy typically showing a 20% or more increase in membership in the first 12 months of operation.
Attendance is strongly recommended for:
- Club Membership committee members
- Club board members and officers
- Anyone else in your club interested in increasing your club's membership.
Attendance is free and morning tea and lunch will be provided.
Please arrive at 9:30am for a prompt 10am start.
We are planning to finish the workshop about 2:30pm
