Membership Action Plan Online Workshop Part 2

PDG Stephen and Carol O'Connell from District 9790 have graciously agreed to run a third Membership Action Plan workshop online after the very successful workshops in May and August this year.

 

The content of this workshop will be very similar to the content of the May and August workshops, so if you attended in May or August you do not need to attend. More attendees from clubs represented at those workshops are of course warmly invited to attend, because this plan is for implementation by clubs, not just club officers!

 

This workshop will be delivered by 2 approximately 1-hour zoom sessions on 31st October and 14th November with some homework to be done in between.

 

The workshop will feature presentations and interactive sessions to help you learn and develop strategies to help your club:

Attendees will leave the workshop armed with simple and measurable steps and strategies to revitalize their clubs. The plan has been operating for over 12 months in district 9790, with clubs implementing the strategy typically showing a 20% or more increase in membership in the first 12 months of operation.
