PETS and District Assembly (Western)

Congratulations on your appointment to your club board for 2024-2025 – I am looking forward to a year where we can share the “Magic of Rotary” the magic that we feel, the magic that we see, and the magic that we do!

I am writing to invite you and you club members to our combined President Elect Training and District Assembly training weekend.

To make these events available to everyone, we have decided to hold the weekend a little different this year and combine the events.

We will have 2 weekends available for you to attend,  select the one which suits you best

23^rd-24^th March                 Western Assembly           Kingaroy

20^th-21^st April                     Eastern Assembly             venue to be determined

We are looking at the programme being

• Saturday Morning:  President Elects
• Saturday Afternoon: General Sessions for all
• Saturday Evening: Combined Dinner (dinner to be subsidised with a $20 charge for attendees)
• Sunday Morning: Breakout sessions
