D9620 Rotary Youth Exchange August Orientation 15 and 16 August  

The D9620 Rotary Youth Exchange August Orientation will be held on 8:30am Saturday  15 August 2026 to 2:30pm Sunday 16 August 2026 at the Baden-Powell Scout Campsite. 68 Cash Ave, Samford Village QLD

Rotary Youth Exchange's August Orientation  is mandatory briefings for both outbound and inbound exchange students. It also includes sessions for a portion of the weekend for their host family and sponsor Rotary Clubs. 

These camps/weekends equip students for year-long exchanges by teaching them about culture shock, support systems, public speaking, and their responsibilities as global ambassadors.

All students, host families and sponsor rotary clubs must attend.
