The District AGM and Foundation Seminar will be held on Sunday 13th November at Bostock House. Presidents and Secretaries have already received notice of the AGM.
District AGM will commence at 9:00am (registration starts at 8:30am), and we need at least half the clubs to be present in person or by proxy to have a quorum, so please get your proxy forms in to Company Secretary Ian Hope ( company-secretary@rotary9620.org ) ASAP.
The Foundation Seminar will commence at 10:00am straight after the AGM. Attendance by club members at the AGM is one of the ways in whicg clubs can meet the training requirement for access to district and global grants.
Both meetings will be able to be attended by Zoom. Please check the calendar entries linked from the logos below to get the zoom links and other meeting information as it is released.
If you are attending the foundation seminar in person, please register so catering can be arranged. Registration can be done through the calendar entry. You do not ned to register if you will be attending by Zoom.
