Applications are invited from suitably qualified Rotarians to serve as:
Area Governors (Assistant Governors)
Area Governors (AGs) serve as a member of the District Leadership Team and assist the District Governor 9620 with the administration of their assigned clubs.
In 2022–2023, the District is appointing an AG for each of the following clusters:
Huang Cluster | Brisbane Inner West; Brisbane River City; Brisbane Taylor Bridge; Broookfield; Paddington; South Brisbane; Toowong; Woolloongabba; Mt Hagan (PNG) |
Kinross Cluster | Balmoral; Brisbane; Brisbane Airport; Brisbane High-Rise; Brisbane Mid-City; Fortitude Valley; Hamilton; New Farm; Nundah; Nondugl (PNG) |
Selection Criteria
- Member in good standing in a club in the District for at least three (3) years.
- Served as a club president for a full term.
- Willingness and ability to accept the responsibilities of an Area Governor.
- Demonstrated understanding of District 9620 and its programs and personel.
- Potential for future leadership in the District.
