  Exchange&#39\;s August Orientation  is mandatory briefings for both outbo
 und and inbound exchange students. It also includes sessions for a portion
  of the weekend for their host family and sponsor Rotary Clubs. \n\nThese 
 camps/weekends equip students for year-long exchanges by teaching them abo
 ut culture shock\, support systems\, public speaking\, and their responsib
 ilities as global ambassadors.\n\nAll students\, host families and sponsor
